ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your treatment to change and relax. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.  Thank you for your understanding.

RESERVATIONS:

For your preferred time and service, we recommend booking in advance. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To avoid full charges, please provide 24 hours' notice for appointments scheduled Monday to Friday and 48 hours' notice for appointments on Saturdays and Public Holidays. This applies to all bookings, including gift card reservations, which will be deemed void for cancelled treatments without sufficient notice. Thank you for your cooperation.

HEALTH CONDITIONS:

For your safety, please inform our staff at the time of booking about any medical or health conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend discussing with your doctor to determine which treatments are safe for you.

GIFT CARD/ PACKAGES

*Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

*Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reclaimed.

*Not redeemable for cash, refund or reloads.

*To secure appointments on late evenings, weekends, or public holidays, we recommend providing a minimum of one-week advance notice.

*Gift cards are recognized for their purchased dollar value in case you choose a different treatment, not the original treatment's value.

PREGNANCY ADVISORY:

Please inform us of your pregnancy at the time of booking. Certain spa treatments may require you to be in your second trimester, and some may not be suitable for pregnant guests. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.

Rest assured, all personal information shared with Skinsations Femme Salon will be kept private and confidential.

SECURITY NOTICE:

For your safety, we recommend leaving valuables at home, as we cannot take responsibility for any items left on the premises.
